The Agreement

After your approval of our cost evaluation, we will provide you with a detailed description of the project. From project scope, estimated timeline, products provided by North Ridge, project costs, payment schedule, and warranty. Both homeowner and North Ridge will sign and keep a copy.

We offer storage solutions for furniture or any items you may have that need to be kept safe and clean during our time there.

We will maintain constant communication with you during the project to ensure you’re in the loop on progress.
